Each athlete has very specific needs to achieve their athletic goals. When looking at building an athlete we need to look at strength, speed, conditioning, flexibility, and specific skills related to their sport. When putting any program together, for any athlete, their are a few things that need to be understood- the individual needs of the athlete and demands the sport places on the athlete. Since the demands are unique from sport to sport and the needs of each athlete is different following one general plan will not get you to the next level.
What helps ensure an athlete reaches it's potential is by placing a program that addresses each athletes overall needs. When addressing each athletes needs we need to stay motivated and consistent from each workout. While being consitent we need to gain the proper hydration and nutrition from day to day.
